The natural properties and main characteristics of aluminum bottle material

Aluminum bottle is suitable for packaging products such as chemical industry, pesticide, medicine and cosmetics, especially ideal packaging products for export pesticide. It also ADAPTS to the guidance of improving packaging for domestic pesticide. It is a green and environmental protection product.

Its features: safety, reliability, high security, good sealing, high strength, not easy to damage, convenient transportation.

The natural properties of aluminum

Aluminium is a light metal whose compounds are so widely distributed in nature that the earth's crust contains about 8% by weight, the third largest amount after oxygen and silicon.

Aluminium is known as the second metal in the world, second only to steel in production and consumption.

Aluminium is one of the most commonly used industrial metals today because of its special chemical and physical properties. It is not only light in weight and firm in texture, but also has good ductility, electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity, heat resistance and nuclear radiation resistance. It is an important basic raw material for the development of national economy.

Aluminium has a specific gravity of 2.7, and its density is about one third that of ordinary metals.

The conductivity of commonly used aluminum wires is about 61% of copper and half of silver.

Although pure aluminum is extremely soft and malleable, it is still reliably hardened by cold working and by making alloys.

It takes about two pounds of bauxite to make one pound of alumina and two pounds of alumina to make one pound of metallic aluminum.

The main characteristics of aluminum

Aluminum is characterized by its good appearance, light weight, machinability, physical and mechanical properties, and good corrosion resistance, making it the most economical and practical in many applications.

The density of aluminium is only 2.7g/cm3, about one-third that of steel, copper or brass (7.83g/cm3 and 8.93g/cm3 respectively).

Aluminum exhibits excellent corrosion resistance under most environmental conditions, including air, water (or brine), petroleum chemistry, and many chemical systems.

The surface of aluminum is highly reflective.

Radiant energy, visible light, radiant heat and electric wave can be effectively reflected by aluminum, while anodized and dark anodized surfaces can be reflective or absorbent. Polished aluminum has excellent reflectivity in a wide wavelength range, so it has various decorative USES and reflective functions.

Aluminum generally exhibits excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and certain aluminum alloys with high electrical resistivity have been developed for use in motors with high torque, for example.

Aluminum is often chosen for its excellent electrical conductivity.

On the basis of equal weight, the conductivity of aluminum is nearly twice that of copper.

Aluminum is non-ferromagnetic, an important property for the electrical and electronic industries.

Aluminum cannot spontaneously ignite, which is important for applications involving loading and unloading or contact with flammable and explosive materials.

Aluminium is non-toxic. It is commonly used in containers for food and drink.

Its natural surface state has a pleasant appearance.

It is soft, shiny and, for beauty, can be tinted or textured.

Some aluminum alloys exceed structural steels in strength, but pure aluminum and some aluminum alloys have extremely low strength and hardness.

In modern life, aluminum has been widely used in the construction industry.

Machinability: The machinability of aluminum is excellent.

In various deformed and cast aluminium alloys, and in the various states in which these alloys are produced, the machining characteristics vary considerably, requiring special machine tools or techniques.

Formability: This is one of the more important properties of aluminum.

Specific tensile strength, yield strength, ductility, and the corresponding work hardening rate govern variations in the amount of allowable deformation.

The formability ratings of commercially available aluminum alloys in different forms depend on the forming process.

These ratings can only serve as a general guide in the qualitative comparison of metalworking characteristics, that is, they cannot be quantitatively used as the extremum of formability.

Recyclability: Aluminum is highly recyclable. The characteristics of recycled aluminum are almost the same as that of primary aluminum.

This makes aluminium the darling of environmentalists.
