The safety of PET, HDPE, PP, PS plastic bottles

PET plastic bottles are mainly composed of polyethylene terephthalate, which is used in common mineral water bottles and carbonated beverage bottles.

The plastic bottle of this kind of material has the highest heat resistance to 70℃, overheat easy to be out of shape, and have the material that is harmful to human body to melt out.

The plastic bottle may also release DEHP after long-term use, and recycling is not recommended

HDPE plastic bottles are mainly composed of high-density polyethylene, common white medicine bottles, cleaning bath products packaging bottles are mostly made of this material, can withstand 110℃ high temperature, but the cleaning is not complete easy to breed bacteria, it is recommended not to recycle.

PP plastic bottle is mainly composed of polypropylene, resistant to 130℃ high temperature, this is the only plastic box can be put into the microwave oven, after careful cleaning can be reused.

PS plastic bottle is mainly composed of polystyrene, although heat resistant, cold resistant, but can not be put into the microwave oven to heat, otherwise it will send out toxic substances.

Also can not be used to contain strong acid (such as orange juice), strong alkaline substances, otherwise it will break down harmful to human polystyrene.
