Pp material features

PP is a crystalline polymer, the lightest of the commonly used plastics, with a density of only 0.91g/cm3 (less than that of water).

Of all general purpose plastics, PP is the most heat-resistant, with a thermal deformation temperature of 80-100℃ and can be boiled in boiling water.

PP has good resistance to stress cracking and high bending fatigue life, commonly known as "100 fold glue".

PP comprehensive performance is better than PE material.

PP products light weight, good toughness, good chemical resistance.

Disadvantages of PP: low dimensional accuracy, lack of rigidity, poor weather resistance, it has shrinkage phenomenon, after stripping, easy to aging, brittle, easy to deformation.
