Problems in PP and PET bottle printing

1. Incomplete surface treatment of the bottle

PP, PET non-polar and weak polar bottles must be polarization treatment, can be used to "splash water treatment" to detect, if the treatment is good, the surface of the plastic bottle will form a layer of dense "water film", that is, screen printing peers often said on the water.

2. Timeliness of polarization treatment

The effect of the polarization treatment has a certain timeliness, the longer the effect, the worse the binding force with ink.

In order to ensure the ink adhesion, the treatment should be timely printing.

Investigation found that due to the limitations of customer production process, most printing plant polarization and printing is not the same department, which will cause printing lag, which affects the ink adhesion.

3. Metallic ink printing

When printing metal ink screen, you should choose to make metal particles through the screen.

Mesh size is generally 120 mesh/cm or less, metal pigments will reduce the use of mixed ink, it is recommended to mix enough for a day of metal ink, so as to avoid "metal ink more and more dumb phenomenon".
